Off label indications:
- GI stromal tumours
- Thyroid carcinoma
- Transitional cell carcinoma (TCC)
- Insulinoma
- Hemangiosarcoma
- Osteosarcoma
- Mammary gland tumours
Dosage:
3.25 mg/kg once every alternate day
